By purchasing and downloading products from Visual Perfection, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

License Agreement

When you buy a Visual Perfection template, you are purchasing a license to use that design asset, not the copyright to the design itself.

• Personal/Commercial License: You may use the template for your own business or for client projects. You may create unlimited end products for yourself or your clients.
• Prohibited Use: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the template file (the Canva link) itself. You cannot sell it as a "template" or "theme" on other marketplaces.

Prohibited Usage

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sub-licensing, renting, or selling the template file.
• Sharing the direct template access link on public forums or social media groups.
• Claiming the design as your own original work in a portfolio without attributing it as a template derivative.

Support Policy

We provide support for issues related to the template file itself (e.g., broken links, missing elements). We do NOT provide general Canva training or support for Canva's platform issues.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is". Visual Perfection is not responsible for any simplified or removed features on the Canva platform that may affect template functionality in the future.
